About Dan Heilbron:

Dan is a CBE alumnus and customer experience expert. He has helped some of the world’s largest airlines, hotel chains, B2B and retail companies use the power of customer experience to gather customer feedback, develop insights and achieve business goals.

Dan is currently a Senior Customer Experience Manager at RateIt – a leading Voice of the Customer (VoC) Software as a Service platform based in Melbourne. Prior to joining RateIt, Dan spent eight years living between New York and London working for Medallia, another leading VoC organisation, and Ernst & Young. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, with majors in Accounting and International Business.
