CBE Student Services

For in-person assistance, visit the Student Services Desk. It is open 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, and is located on the Ground Floor of CBE Building 26C, Kingsley Street. You can also contact our Student Services team by emailing or booking a Zoom appointment here. For more information, check out our video guides and FAQ page.

Drop-in sessions with the CBE Student Services team

O Week – Week 3, various times | in-person and online

The CBE Student Services team is here to help you get through your program successfully. These sessions can assist you with any enquiries you may have about your courses as you commence or continue your studies. Whilst each session is scheduled for two hours, you do not need to attend for the entire time. You can arrive or login at any point during the specified timeframe and simply drop in long enough to have your questions answered.

In-person sessions

All in-person drop-in sessions will be held in the Allan Barton Forum, Level 2, CBE Building 26C, Kingsley Street. Prior registration isn’t required.

Online sessions

When you log into an online drop-in session, you may be asked to wait and advised that the meeting host will be with you soon. A CBE Students Service staff member will be with you shortly.

Research Schools

The College of Business and Economics consists of four Research Schools. The program you're enrolled in will determine your Research School. 

Your Research School office is available to assist you with enquires about your individual courses, such as tutorials, submitting assignments, timetabling, and contacting course convenors and tutors.
