Dear students,
Welcome to Semester 1, 2026 at the ANU College of Business and Economics (CBE).
ANU and CBE will start the semester with Orientation Week, also known as O-Week (16–20 February). There are many University, College and School-level events to choose from; I encourage you to attend the discipline and major-specific sessions tailored to you – the full list is below. Attending those sessions will give you a chance to ask College staff any questions you may have and provide clarity on your studies for the months ahead.
Following the O-Week, I hope to see you at our traditional Welcome to CBE and Info Market event, where you can mingle with your fellow students while learning about College and University services, and ways to get involved from various stall holders – you can find more details and register here.
To make the most of your time at CBE, don’t forget to frequently check your ANU email for our Student Experience and Careers newsletter, and important coursework updates. Our website’s Events section is another excellent resource for staying informed, meeting new people, and enhancing your academic and career prospects. Also, please be aware of the support services available to you.
Best of luck with your studies and get in touch if you have any questions.
