Caitlin
Deputy Manager, Careers and Student Employability
I began my career working in sales and marketing, which gave me a strong foundation in business development, account management, stakeholder engagement, and project management. Twelve years ago, I transitioned to the education sector, where I have worked in several roles and for the past seven years, specialised in student recruitment.
Throughout the majority of my career, my roles have involved working closely with people, which has led me to be client focused and empathetic, and to prioritise the customer experience.
My mission is to build your confidence and assist you as you begin your career journey. I can guide and advise you on leadership and management, workplace-communication, time management and public-speaking skills.
