Sharing documents with OneDrive

ANU OneDrive (OneDrive for Business) is a cloud storage service available to all ANU staff, students and affiliates for free as part of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of services.

Steps to uploading and sharing a file via ANU OneDrive

  1. Click on the Login to OneDrive link above. If prompted to Sign in, enter your ANU email address. You will then be taken through the ANU Single Sign-On page where you may need to enter your University ID and Horus password.
     
  2. Once in the OneDrive web application you can select Upload -> Files

  3. Locate your newly-uploaded document in the list of files, click on the small dots and select Copy link

  4. By default, the share link will give access to your file. If you wish to secure access to the document, click on "Anyone with the link can edit >" and select another option.
