ANU OneDrive (OneDrive for Business) is a cloud storage service available to all ANU staff, students and affiliates for free as part of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of services.
Steps to uploading and sharing a file via ANU OneDrive
- Click on the Login to OneDrive link above. If prompted to Sign in, enter your ANU email address. You will then be taken through the ANU Single Sign-On page where you may need to enter your University ID and Horus password.
- Once in the OneDrive web application you can select Upload -> Files

- Locate your newly-uploaded document in the list of files, click on the small dots and select Copy link

- By default, the share link will give access to your file. If you wish to secure access to the document, click on "Anyone with the link can edit >" and select another option.
