The Master of Accounting (Advanced) is designed for high-achieving students with backgrounds in accounting, finance, or economics who are seeking a pathway to PhD study in accounting. Academically rigorous, the program provides a strong foundation in accounting theory and research for students with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
It combines specialised coursework in one or more accounting disciplines with dedicated research training and the completion of a substantial thesis. Taught by research-active academic staff, the program enables students to engage with both professional and scholarly research.
