The theme harkens back to thirty years prior, when the world committed to a bold vision for gender equality through the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action.
We have seen significant strides in the pursuit of equality for women across the world. We’ve seen women break barriers, reshape policies and ignite global movements.
Despite the progress made so far –as our academics will attest – voids still exist in the pursuit of equality.
