CBE Momentum

Facilitated by our CBE Careers team who are accredited coaches, Momentum is dedicated to ensuring students are prepared to successfully navigate the professional landscape and meet the expectations of future employers.

Momentum is a not-for-credit, professional-development initiative where students can practice, develop and articulate their soft skills and discover their strengths and values. It builds confident, work-ready, and highly competitive graduates, and helps support a successful transition into the workforce.

The Momentum workshops are designed to complement five employability pillars: communication, critical thinking and problem solving, teamwork, leadership, and personal brand. CBE leaders and industry professionals provide mentees with opportunities to practice, reflect and learn more about each pillar, while developing skills to articulate their strengths and values.
