- Purchase, restructure, turnaround and sale of Stadco Automotive Ltd – UK Winner EEF Health & Safety Award 2015, Top Track participant for UK fastest growing mid-market companies 2014, returning investors four times their money over five years.
- Purchase, restructure, turnaround and sale of Thermopol International Ltd, returning investors seven times their money over three years.
- As founder and principal of MPC Corporate Advisory UK Ltd, based in London, Mr MacLeod advised on over 90 financial restructurings and corporate turnarounds in the UK, US, Europe and Australia over the past 24 years.
- As part of a World Bank team, he led the training of Polish management teams on corporate recovery in 1990 to prepare Polish corporates for the market economy.

A key part of corporate restructuring is providing calm where others have lost their heads. Analysis is necessary but in a fast moving situation, critical decisions must be made correctly often with incomplete information.”
