MomentuM is a program that enables us [students] to find who they really are, define their objectives and develop via step by step milestones.
Q. What was the most rewarding aspect of the MomentuM program for you, and do you have any advice for students who may be considering applying?
For me, the best part of MomentuM was my very supportive mentor. He helped me both in the development of my career, and personal characteristics. Instead of telling me what to do or giving me 'shoulds' he channelled my thoughts and inspired me. The chance to connect to other mentees and supporters of this program also allowed me to expand my network and get an insight to the real business world.
The key message to other students is that what you get is actually what you give. Finishing the tasks is just the basics. If you want to thrive in the MomentuM program you need to be fully prepared to challenge yourself, actively practice as instructed and think out of the box.
