Alicia Lillington, Director, A.L.L Partners and Senior Manager, Synergy Group
Based in Canberra, Alicia works as a Change and Communications Lead on high-profile projects across the Australian Public Service. She has delivered speeches to 40 agencies across the Commonwealth and all ministerial offices. In addition to her impressive career, Alicia has a wealth of experience in mentoring and providing corporate training across high-profile organisations. Alicia is passionate about the importance of diversity and how you can use your point of difference to develop a compelling personal brand.

Charbel El-Khaissi, Founder, Penwell Education Pty Ltd
Charbel is the founder of Penwell Education Pty Ltd which is an emerging EdTech startup that uses the latest research in corpus linguistics to provide longitudinal and exam-free literacy reports for high school students. He holds over 10 years of experience in the professional workforce and in local community service. His exposure to academic, commercial, public and not-for-profit sectors makes him well-rounded and adaptable to the challenges of our current economic climate.
Presently, Charbel is a doctoral candidate at ANU. He has also worked as an industry consultant and digital analyst for global technology giants in the artificial intelligence and natural language processing space.

Harry Hoang, Director, Tailored Accounts
Harry is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tailored Accounts. Since its inception in 2008, the company has achieved a strong growth in both size and revenue and is now recognized as one of the leading bookkeeping firms in Canberra. Harry was recognized as one of the most influential Asian-Australians for his leadership in the profession, when he became a recipient of the prestigious 2020 40 Under 40: Most Influential Asian-Australians Awards.

Audrey Taylor, Talent Specialist, Hudson
With a passion for linking top talent to their ideal career opportunities, Audrey is a seasoned recruiter with a demonstrated track record in helping Accounting and Finance candidates find their next role. Audrey understands that successful talent management goes beyond skill matching and qualifications - it's also about finding the perfect cultural fit and long-term success for all parties.
With a diverse background spanning various industries, Audrey brings a unique perspective to the panel discussion on recruitment from a candidate lens. Her commitment to advocacy and inclusion for the Neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ communities also plays a significant role in shaping her approach to talent acquisition and professional engagement.
Audrey now recruits in the software development space for Hudson - a leading provider of talent solutions for over 35 years within the Asia Pacific market.
