Biography

Lingwei Li is a Lecturer of Accounting. Her research interests are centred in financial accounting, corporate governance, and corporate finance. Lingwei’s work on topics including proxy voting, mergers and acquisitions, and board of director behaviour appears in international outlets including Journal of Business Finance & AccountingPacific-Basin Finance Journal and Accounting & Finance.
